The Silver package is our precursory plan offering. It includes up to 5 hours of maintenance/support labor per quarter. Enjoy 10% off regular labor rates after the first 5 hours. 24/7/365 Email, Text, & Chat support. Remote network, power monitoring, and troubleshooting are hardware dependent. This plan offers annual inspection & system test. The one time activation fee includes the time to setup your system for remote support.

Gold

The Gold package is our most popular plan. It includes up to 10 hours of maintenance/support labor per quarter. Enjoy a 15% discount off regular labor rates after 10 hours. 24/7/365 Phone, Email, Text, and Chat support. Remote network, power monitoring, and troubleshooting are hardware dependent. After hours support. This plan offers the same services as the Silver plan also adds Live 24/7 Phone support & ISP phone coordination.

platinum

The Platinum package is our most exclusive plan. It includes up to 15 hours of maintenance/support labor per quarter. Enjoy a 20% discount on regular rates after 15 hours. 24/7/365 Phone, Email, Text, and Chat support. This plan offers the same services as the Gold plan & includes the troubleshooting appliance. Also locks in the labor rates at the time of signing up, for the lifetime of the subscription.
